Can’t get parts

"Can’t get replacement parts. Flag holder broke within the first week. Wheels are wearing away quickly on the blacktop. Company doesn’t seem to care about safety. Official solution is to tape the flag to the bike. Wouldn’t recommend this bike or company to anyone."
