"While the product ordered was fine and just as described. I am frustrated by the shipping process and customer service with this company. When I ordered it I was sent an email to follow shipping progress on an app. The app kept saying product was delivered "2 hours ago" but had no tracking number or stated how it was being sent. After looking on their website it appeared it would be mailed so each day we went to the post office to check with nothing there. After several emails over TWO WEEKS I got one saying the company was closed over holidays and they are just sending it out. I understand closing for a few days for Christmas but not two full weeks. Wasted my time with the app and going to the post office each day to pickup the package that was stated "arrived two hours ago". The kicker is they sent me a tracking number and the app was completely irrelevant once they actually did mail it out. Company seemed pretty unbothered by the fact they shipped out two weeks after I ordered and didn't even explain why they gave me the app to track which gave me completely false info as the package hadn't even been shipped as yet but stated it has been delivered which has me worried it was stolen, put in the wrong mail box or returned to sender. Wouldn't waste your time if you want to actually know when you are receiving your item and want a response within a timely manner."
