Poor customer service

"Purchased 3 of these scooters at 2 maybe 3 weeks old one has lights shorting out when we contacted Max Gear there answer was well you probably got it really cheap from Walmart so we aren’t making it any more and individual was accusatory and defensive. With out a real solution to handle a clearly defective product. It’s sad when the manufacturer won’t stand by their product because a retailer sold it cheap. My understanding is a warranty is a warranty regardless of what the retailer decided to sell the item for."

"Purchased for my grand daughters 4th birthday. Took us awhile to figure out how to get it to light up fully and she had a little trouble balancing on it. Overall a great scooter but if its the childs first time, they will need supervision as well as protective gear. She loves it and has no complaints. I on the other hand think a few things could be improved on it."
