Halloween 2026 Reward: Terms and Conditions

Promotion period

Orders placed at ca.maddgear.com from October 30, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET to November 2, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.

How to qualify

  • Your order must total $100 CAD or more before taxes and shipping, after any discounts are applied.
  • Gift card purchases don’t count toward the $100.
  • You must provide an email address at checkout. Orders placed with a phone number only can’t receive a reward.
  • You must be subscribed to Madd Gear Canada emails when rewards are sent on November 3, 2026.
  • There is one reward per customer, no matter how many qualifying orders you place.

Getting your reward

  • We’ll email your personal $20 reward code on November 3, 2026, to the email address on your qualifying order.
  • If you haven’t received it by November 5, 2026, contact us at canadasupport@maddgear.com and include your order number.

Using your reward

  • Your code is valid on one order of $75 CAD or more, before taxes and shipping, placed at ca.maddgear.com between November 3, 2026 and December 25, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.
  • Codes are single-use and tied to the customer they were issued to. They can’t be transferred, resold or shared.
  • Your code can be used on sale-priced products. It can’t be combined with any other discount code or automatic discount.
  • Your code isn’t valid on gift card purchases.
  • Rewards have no cash value, can’t be exchanged for cash or store credit, and won’t be replaced if they expire unused.
  • If you return items from an order where you used a reward code, your refund is the amount you actually paid. The code cannot be reissued.

Cancellations and returns

  • Cancelled orders don’t qualify.
  • If a qualifying order is refunded or returned and its total drops below $100 CAD, we may cancel the reward code issued for it.

General

  • This promotion is only valid at ca.maddgear.com. It doesn’t apply to purchases on Amazon, Walmart, or at retail partners.
  • Prices are in Canadian dollars.
  • Madd Gear Canada may cancel reward codes obtained through fraud, abuse, or by breaking these terms.
  • Madd Gear Canada may change or end this promotion where required by law. Any change won’t affect reward codes already issued.
