"I bought two of these scooters for my kids for Christmas, and they absolutely love them! My kids are 7 and 10, and they had older scooters before, but these are a much smoother ride and so easy to maneuver. Once they started riding them outside in the summer, one of the scooters developed a rattle. I initially ignored it, but my son kept bugging me about it, so nearly 10 months after purchasing it, I reached out to Madd Gear about the issue. They responded quickly and promptly resolved the problem by sending us a completely new scooter! Needless to say, I have one very happy kid. 😊 It’s so nice to see a company that genuinely cares about its customers and is willing to make things right. Great customer service and a great product!"

"Received the scooter, so loves it. Finish quality isn't the best, grip tape was bubbled when received and the handle grips move around way too easily. Bought a slightly cheaper brand for our daughter and it did not have the same issues."

Ok now but was hard going

"The scooter was sent to the wrong address and we had to chase then it took another week for a new one to come. The grip tape had air bubbles so we needed to needle to remove - it took a bit more to be put together than expected as the clamp was reluctant to move. So all in all a few tears and delayed for birthday gift but now all sorted - was a bit tough"
