Great scooter with factory assembly issues...

"This is a well designed and made scooter, very solid and smooth with the air tyres. I'm 6'2" and I fit it fine. Unfortunately some of the factory assembly was poor - the headset had way too much preload making it unrideable, verging on damaging the bearings. Also the rear brake cable routing was wrong, making the brake impossible to balance and it constantly dragged. Both easily sorted with some knowledge of cycles etc, but without that knowledge you'd be quite disappointed with the scooter, which is a shame as it's actually very good once the assembly issues were corrected. If it had been assembled properly at the factory, it would have got 5 stars without doubt. I'm happy to forgo the free swag (stickers) to give an honest review!"

Metro GLIDE 300 Scooter

"I received my scooter very well packed and protected from all the shipping elements. So when I took my scooter out of the packaging it was pristine. It was very easy to put together and really easy to ride. It feels very sturdy when riding."

Not as advertised

"This was not as advertised. It doesn’t move well, it’s slow and has bad steering. I’m 6’2” and find it very uncomfortable to ride."

— Andrew D. (1/5)

Smooth ride

"Bought for my son for commuting to school. Very impressed by the smooth ride quality and size. Much more suitable for a teen. Super easy to assemble. Just a quick tweak to the break (following the instructions) and it was ready to go."

— Barry (5/5)

Great scooter

"Got this as a present for my teen. Upgraded from his childhood Razor. He loves it. The only thing I’m not a fan of is the weight of it. The pneumatic wheels definitely help for bumpy sidewalks. I would definitely recommend this unit to others."

Limited ability to walk far

"So my kids love the beach and seafront but I can’t walk far due to health issues so wanted to keep up with them anyway possible. Arrived well packaged and went together super easy, honestly their pushbikes were harder to build. Lol When put together it is well built, sturdy and has a kickstand which saves lying it down and making it hard to pick up or worse yet, trip over Went for the added warranty for peace of mind but this will be a welcome addition to family holidays away and weekends alike where now I can actually join the kids instead of constantly calling them back and shouting like a madman in a public place. 😂 Overall with the included tools what’s not to like and I’d give it a 9/10 on my because it didn’t come with a tire pump and the tyres are semi flat upon arrival."
