Broken upon delivery, not covered

"Received the scooter with a broken rear black plastic wheel covering. I called the maddgear 1800 number at noon my time an nobody answered. I then emailed Maddgear and was immediately emailed back by an AI email bot from Maddgear telling me to log onto Walmart's page to submit a claim. After logging into walmart's page and navigating another AI chatbot trying to help, item is listed as not being "eligible" for a claim. I called Walmart to ask what to do next, and after navigating yet another automated system (boy I sound old), I spoke with a customer sales support person and he was unable to successfully transfer my call to the appropriate department - Ill admit I was mentally over it and so I just simply gave up. Ill just super-glue this rear black piece on it and hopefully it wont fall off. . . ."
